Specifically designed for your Yamaha TMAX 560 — ideal for riders demanding maximum power delivery at every throttle input.

The result of a 2-year development project, this Magistrati Racing® oversized throttle body underwent extensive performance and durability testing, just like every other component from the brand.
Painstakingly refined by Marco Magistrati to ensure easy installation with minimal modifications, even for non-professionals.

Technical Specifications

• Racing material: high-precision Ergal, fully CNC-machined from billet.
• Installation: Plug & play. Unlike all other aftermarket throttle bodies currently available on the market, the throttle body we have developed is engineered with maximum precision to ensure extremely accurate, responsive, and therefore superior air control.
  One of the key innovations lies in the assembly of the ride-by-wire motor section, which is manufactured with ultra-tight tolerances and high-quality mechanical components. This results in a much smoother, more direct throttle movement with no play compared to market standards.
  Its overall length remains identical to the OEM unit, allowing for seamless integration into the original mounting position between the cylinder head and the airbox. The only requirement is to connect it to the intake manifold to ensure optimal installation and immediately benefit from its maximum performance output.
• Compatibility: TMAX 560 (model years 2020–2025).
• Technical features: the oversized round-section 42 mm throttle body for TMAX is designed to optimize engine volumetric efficiency by improving airflow dynamics.
  The Venturi profile has been carefully engineered and bench-tested. Its length remains identical to the OEM part to ensure straightforward installation in the stock engine layout.
• Recommended for configurations: OEM (stock), naturally aspirated (NA) and turbo builds (Stage 1 / Stage 2 / Advanced Stage).

• Is the throttle body compatible with TMAX 500 or TMAX 530?

|No, it is specifically designed for TMAX 560.

• Is it compatible with aftermarket intake trumpets for oversized throttle bodies?

|If you already have compatible diameter trumpets, you can use them with the Magistrati Racing throttle body. Otherwise, we recommend our Big Intake Trumpets by Magistrati Racing®.

• Is the throttle body available in other sizes or colors?

|No, it is only available in 42 mm round diameter in black anodized finish.
