Procedure – Customer Cylinder Machining

In the “Customer Cylinder Machining” configuration, the customer must send their own cylinder to the Magistrati Racing® headquarters for machining.
Shipping costs to Magistrati Racing® are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the cylinder, preliminary checks will be carried out before starting the machining process, including:

General visual inspection

Surface condition check

Inspection for structural damage or excessive wear

If the cylinder is found unsuitable for machining (excessively worn or damaged), the work cannot proceed.
In this case, the cylinder will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Machining Time

Average machining time: approximately 10–15 working days from receipt of a compliant customer cylinder or from availability of the cylinder supplied by Magistrati Racing®.
Times may vary depending on workload and complexity of the intervention.
